The process of the location change is progressing well, and the draft of the application has been completed. Earlier today, we met with a representative from the authorizer and informed them of our decision. They advised us to convene a special board meeting on Thursday, March 12, at 5:30 PM to formally approve the application for the change of location. We have already made a decision regarding the location but they want another approval for the application. We will share with you the application in advance to review it. 

The meeting agenda will include one item only: approval of the location change application. Please plan accordingly, as this is an urgent matter and required for moving the process forward.

In addition, tomorrow we will have a public session at the Burnsville location at 6:00 PM. If you are available, you are very welcome to join.
